1. Rinse the frother after each use and I just sit it on the grate to air dry until the morning. Once a week I put the aluminum / rubber frother parts in the dishwasher. (the plastic in the metal part), if you ever drop it or the plastic isn't sticking out enough, it'll kind of block the air for the froth. That more so FYI.
2. Use Medium roasted beans only. B/c Medium aren't oily like Dark. You can freeze your beans.. sit out to thaw before opening ziplock.
3. the inside of the machine will need a rinse off in the sink; you can see on youtube.. it's easy, just a quick rinse.
Overall, really love this machine and I'm not a coffee snob but I do like my froth / milk in coffee.. I use the red milk, D vs 2% or half-n-half.
