Any cooling difference between 1500 RPM vs 3000 PM? I have the stock 1800-2000 RPM one.

In general, if you're speaking about a fan that is double the speed, then there is potential for greater cooling at the cost of noise. I have a Super Flower Megacool 140mm fan that was free with a Super Flower PSU I bought, that goes over 3000 RPM and while it moves a ton of air, the noise is like being a datacenter with the fan buzzing incredibly loud.

If you're looking for a cheap case fan, these seem to be great value for the dollar, hence why I bought a few of these to see if they would provide better airflow over the Fractal fans that came in a Meshify 2 case. If you're looking for performance, the Arctic P14 Pro move a lot of air at max speed 2500 RPM, but they're loud and can be had around $23-25 for a 5 pack, when they are on sale.
