Unless you already have BNC cables installed and don't want to re-wire or use expensive adapters for IP cameras, I wouldn't bother with this. Get NVR with IP cameras or consider Blue Iris + PoE switch + IP cameras instead if you are starting from scratch.
I believe SANNCE are rebadged Hikvision cameras. I think it's the same brand that sells Annke cameras which are also Hikvision based.
I have an Annke 5MP-lite DVR that I used to upgrade a really old 960h DVR and it's decent. It's a lot easier to use than the old, ancient DVR and since it's Hikvision based, the interface is actually not terrible. Rebadged Hikvision equipment will be way better than bottom tier stuff like Zosi. However, I did notice in terms of video processing, things get overexposed easily. Even with some existing 960h cameras, they look worse on the Annke DVR than the old DVR, so it's not because I jumped up in resolution or due to new cameras. Everything is just overexposed - both HD streams and 960h/analog - and adjusting the image settings doesn't seem to change much. My guess is that even though this is a newer DVR with a better UI, they cut corners with processing. For me I accepted the compromise because I'd rather have higher resolution capability and better DVR features than an old, "higher-quality" DVR from nearly 15 years ago.
Like I said though, unless you already have wiring in place and the cost to upgrade is too much, get an IP camera system. They're better in every way.
