According to reviews, this may be compatible with Walmart's hyper tough system if you want to add individual hooks:

Mount into studs, not just drywall. Owners say the 16 inch rails don't always land on a stud, so a backer board helps.

Good to know. I was considering buying this since the one I have is pretty clapped out, but the hooks that come with this don't really allow for gripping just the top of handles so you have to hang everything 'pointy end up'... so if anything falls, your car might get it.

The current one I have has coated hooks on hinges that grip the handles as gravity pulls them down.

Edit: Not sure they have anything like that for this 'snap rail' system... found some that look like they're for another rail system though: https://www.walmart.com/ip/Hyper-...3480615475

This might be what you're looking for, but unfortunately the price point is crazy:

Yep (saw those), and yep... absolutely not paying $20 each for hangers lol

Edit: checked Harbor Freight's site and lo and behold, it's basically identical to the one I have... and it's only $15. Pretty sure it's the same product just a newer version of it. Looks like it has a longer end piece to keep it the hooks from slipping inside the plastic body like a few of mine have.
