As a more explicit example, for the last week until Oct 18 Kohls was offering 40% off, free shipping, and earn Kohls Cash that can be spent starting on Oct 19. Of course starting on Oct 19 is when no offers are available, except that in the first one or few hours of Oct 19 is when you can spend the Kohls Cash and still also redeem the 40% off and get free shipping.

Where are the items for for pick up or shipping? If they were for pick up, that kind of makes sense since the inventory might not be accurate since it's clearance and people are shopping in the store. If it was for shipping, that would be weird. I've never had items for shipping canceled and I've order from kohl's often.
