Buy a drywall cut-out tool if you are hanging new sheets of drywall and want to quickly and accurately make cut outs with little to no measuring by allowing the bit to follow along whatever is behind it.

Don't buy this for cutting holes in previously installed drywall. A knife, drywall saw, or oscillating multi-tool will be easier to control for those applications.
