Been eyeballing this for a while. Reviews seem good and price is great.

This thing is tiny, but I can't see a use case for it.

100w with 89.w.h. even if your device used less than 100 w, you'd get maybe 30 min or so before dead.

I need a battery backup for my WIFI gateway. I periodically get blips where my power goes out for a millisecond and forces the gateway to restart.

For a millisecond blip you need a true UPS; this doesn't list a transfer time or UPS mode.

As others have said a UPS is your best bet.
I have UPS on most of my computers, NAS, modem, router and tv. We get brown outs alot an IT buddy told me that causes many issues with modern electronics.
Try Woot! for refurbished CyberPower UPS. Best prices I have found day to day.

That's not correct. While I won't vouch for this product - a 100w draw at 89wh would mean you should 53 minutes of run time.

Now we all know it will probably be less but if we believe the advertised numbers are remotely correct, 100w draw 45-50 mins of run time
