Community Reviews

This is a compact 288Wh, 600W LiFePO4 power station best suited to phones, laptops, fans, and other light loads rather than heavy appliances. The community notes solid long term use on similar Daran units, with one unit still holding charge after a month unused and another going 1.5 years as a decent no frills backup. The main limits are the small capacity, no UPS or pass through support, and a 600W ceiling that rules out higher draw gear like a 700W heater. USB C input is also missing, so it feels more basic than newer models.

  • The unit can recharge while powering an AC load, but it still draws from the internal battery during wall use.

  • The solar input supports up to 80W with a 10-26V range and a DC5521 5.5x2.1mm connector, which helps with panel matching.

  • The battery station can handle light devices like phones, laptops, and small 12V camping gear for short sessions.

  • Longer storage use may show minimal self-discharge, since it reportedly lost only a few percent after sitting over a month.

  • The unit lacks UPS or pass-through behavior, so AC power does not bypass the battery to run a laptop directly.

  • The 600W rating does not support a 700W heater load, because the wattage limit blocks operation.

  • Capacity may be limited for higher-draw appliances, since a 288W load was estimated to run for about one hour before conversion losses.

  • Self-discharge concerns may still apply to this product line, since a related Daran Ener Neo2000 reportedly fully discharges randomly.

Can this run a small electric heater and for how long on a full charge? (I believe the heater is 700W power). Also, if this is plugged into car USB while charging and can it simultaneously run the heater? Thanks
The item literally says 600 Watts.

Coupon only gave me $50 off and not 50%
677Z5CXN still seems to work, but sometimes it can take a couple of tries for Amazon to accept codes. And if you don't see an Apply button the arrow in the promo code box needs to be clicked to submit the code.

I have a daran ener neo2000. Randomly completely discharges itself. I think this is a same company, but different model so take this with a grain of salt.

I bought this a few months ago. I havent used it for over a month, I turned it on and it still held the charge where I left it minus maybe a few percent. I think the reviews about self discharge is greatly exaggerated. They probably didn't use it for a very long time before checking.

700W is above the 600W rating, so that heater won't run; the wattage is the blocker.
