Appreciate the heads up on the price m hate wasting cash that can be used for another camera. Are they worth waiting for or is there a better option at this price point?

I just installed the cheaper C31 which is wired and pretty happy with it. Lower resolution but powered camera is set and forget if you can reach a power source nearby. I hate the solar panel sticking out on my roof and prefer wired. Just my preference.

There are varying opinions on eufy security cameras. I have had at least 6 plus a couple doorbells over the years, no issues. I like the ecosystem.

You can wired this one in.
It's USB C

That's good to know. Just misses the 24/7 recording so I guess it's up to what you want. In that case I would have went with this event only cam in my driveway as I got 24/7 recording on my doorbell.

I recently installed this camera during the 59 dollar sale. I had it installed back-to-back with my S40 cam, one facing each direction. I noticed this cam's wifi signal is weaker than the S40. I had to relocate my homebase to get a stable signal.

The cheaper C31 also offers RTSP for those needing it. The C37 does not.
