I think it needs to be ordered in-store with the cashier, but you'll need to scan the barcode from the app to get the discount.

I love this place but made the mistake of trying to go on freebie day - line like 100+ deep - instant turn around - this will work because the deadbeats wont show for a deal where they'll have to actually pay

Dave's Hot Chicken is offering a free slider with any purchase, and the app rewards screen appears to show the promo with a code to scan in store. The best value seems to come from ordering at the counter or kiosk, where the barcode can trigger the discount and the slider can be added to the cart. Some locations may be crowded or slow, and the offer may not work everywhere, including Wisconsin. A few checkout attempts also failed to show the discount until the in store flow was used, so the redemption steps matter.

  • The app Rewards section can show the free slider promotion and instruct scanning a restaurant code.

    sfmitch

  • The kiosk redemption flow can pull up account promos after scanning the app barcode.

    robotrocker

  • A sauce pack add-on can cost $1.49 in Brooklyn, which can help stretch the deal value.

    RusC69

  • The free slider offer can work when the promotion is applied correctly during ordering.

    sfmitch

  • The checkout price may not drop after proceeding to payment, which can create discount verification and refund concerns.

    nutriapeluda

  • The promotion may be hard to locate or verify beyond the deal post and unrelated clips, making access unclear.

    DeathCheetah

  • The free slider offer may not be valid at Dave's Hot Chicken locations in Wisconsin.

    sg9018

  • Redeeming at kiosks can error out unless the slider item is added to the cart, and the lowest-cost add-on mentioned was a 50-cent sauce packet.

Offer says it applies at checkout but I went all the way to submit payment and the price never went down, not willing to deal with refund troubles to find out if indeed it would charge the right amount.

Dave's Hot Chicken sucks. I wouldn't go eat there if my entire meal was free.
Ok KFC, we know your chicken has been substandard since the early 90's

Is this promotion real? The free slider from the 19th to the 25th only appears on this post and some random person's YouTube clip.

"Must be logged in as a Frequent Fryer rewards member and apply offer at check-out when ordering via the app or through web ordering."

How? Where's the offer?

So if we just bought the daves sauce dip, will we still get the slider for free?
