I got this in the last deal, which was a couple of weeks ago, I think, and it seems pretty good. It was better than the other AOC 4k webcam I tried, and that one had a crazy field of view. You couldn't manually zoom through the driver settings so it was pretty annoying. This one has good FOV (still wide enough to use zoom auto frame if you want) and decent quality. Though of course any spare phone from the last 10 years will always do better than a webcam but you have to be willing to put up with certain annoyances that come along with it. For example, an old 2016 iPhone SE (1st generation) looks sharper than this thing IMO even though the resolution is lower. I was using it for a while as a webcam but it experienced some battery bloating from staying plugged in all the time.

I got the 1080p model around a month ago, and this post just reminded that I haven't used it yet, lol 😭

Non-detachable cable as a "feature" is funny

How does it handle low light? That's where the 1/2.55" sensor usually shows.

It's not great tbh, a lot of the contrast seems to be lost. But I only use this webcam with my desktop in a brightly lit room so it's not a big deal for me.

You mean the camera capture feature doesn't performance well, right?
