I have both but W+ on my name and Sams+ in SO's name, so can't link them for refund 😂
Edit: just linked both accounts from W+ app. All it asked was Sam's Club login/pwd and issued refund for prorated W+ membership. I had used Amex offer for W+, so Amex may take back the credit but I'll still get some back. So that's a win.
Community Reviews
This bundle links Walmart+ and Sam's Club Plus into one annual plan, and the strongest draw is getting both memberships tied together with prorated refunds when the accounts line up. The linking flow is usually done through the Sam's or Walmart app, and several accounts showed instant refunds or no extra charge after linking. The main catch is pricing math that often does not match the advertised $22 add on, with charges ranging from a few dollars to the full annual amount depending on renewal timing and account setup. It is a useful consolidation if the memberships already fit your routine.
Common Questions (5)
Linking can trigger a prorated Walmart+ refund, but the amount varies widely by how much time is left on the current plan. Reported refunds range from a few dollars to over $90, and some users saw only a small refund when their renewal was already near.
The bundle is an auto-renewing annual plan with one annual fee plus taxes, but the amount you pay can be prorated based on your current Walmart+ and Sam's renewal dates. Some upgrades show a small immediate charge and a refund or credit for unused Walmart+ time, while others show the full $120 or a different prorated amount depending on what you already have.
Yes, if you already have Sam's Club Plus, linking can add Walmart+ at no additional cost. The link flow appears in the Sam's app or Walmart app, and once the accounts are matched, Walmart+ shows as included.
Walmart+ can be shared with a household member through the membership settings link. The Sam's Club Plus side may still be tied to the primary account, so the sharing detail applies to Walmart+ rather than automatically adding another Sam's member.
It may not. Linking can cancel the American Express statement credits for Walmart+, because the bundled plan bills Walmart+ as part of the annual Sam's Club Plus membership instead of the monthly Amex-credited setup.

How paying $22 extra on top of useless Walmart+ is such a great deal? What is the hype.
I agree Amazon needs competition, but W+ is not it. Not to mention their horrendous CS

So is my total cost supposed to be $71 for next year?
