I have both but W+ on my name and Sams+ in SO's name, so can't link them for refund 😂
Edit: just linked both accounts from W+ app. All it asked was Sam's Club login/pwd and issued refund for prorated W+ membership. I had used Amex offer for W+, so Amex may take back the credit but I'll still get some back. So that's a win.

Sams club pales in comparison in every way to Costco, but the closest Costco to me is 20 miles away, so I'm stuck with Sam's club most days for easy bulk purchases.
I had both memberships, but I thought both were way too expensive for what they provide, so id play the discount dance each time they renewed to get them for a bottom basement price ($20 for Sam's, or $50 for Walmart), but since both are covered now under one membership, I no longer need to do that.
