I bought it during prime day for $499. It finally arrived yesterday, I open the box and its a scuffed up used vacuum covered in dog hair. I've been going back and forth with Amazon and Ecovacs trying to get it resolved. Amazon won't let me just exchange it because it apparently came from Ecovacs warehouse. The fact that this listing isn't Prime 2 Day, probably means the same. I wouldn't risk it, if they tried scamming me, they'd probably do the same to you.

This listing says shipped and sold by Amazon, at least.
