I bought the T90 Pro during Prime Day, it was finally delivered yesterday. I open the box and find a scuffed up used robot covered in dog hair. The cleaning solution was half empty and the water tank smelled like death. Now I've been going back and forth with both Ecovacs and Amazon to try to figure it out, apparently it came from Ecovacs warehouse (why it took weeks to arrive). I only share this story as a warning, it might not be worth the headache of dealing with them.
