Since PayDay seems to be so beloved by the slickdeals community (this thread last month reached +61), I figured I'd post this deal since this Walgreens deal is slightly more value than the previous Walmart deal.
Walgreens [walgreens.com] has a Buy 1, Get 1 for $1 deal for select Halloween candy, which includes PayDay.
11.6 oz bag (16 snack size) is $7.99. So 2 bags is $8.99.
That works out to $0.3875/oz = $8.99 ÷ 23.2 ; $0.28/snacksize = $8.99 ÷ 32.
