I bought this from Discount Tools Direct recently for ~$85 tool only and really wanted to like it but its kind of underwhelming. There is no pump so you cannot have it dispense any soap or water without the garden hose connected. Also, the soap dispenser gets filled with water immediately when water pressure is applied so there is no visual indicator when whatever you put in there runs out and you are getting nothing but water. Only 1 speed and not particularly comfortable to use. I may add a shoulder strap to see if that helps.

That said, we used it for cleaning carpet runners out in the driveway and it did the job okay.
