I read there was a "Better" Brushless knockoff natively compatible with dewalt packs? Possible anyone that knows about this topic can advise which known specific item to select, or if this actual dewalt branded option is strong enough to not consider alternatives in this form factor.

Want a very strong option in this form factor, would like non proprietary filters, would like the main filter not to easily pass fines relying heavily on the hepa, and if at all possible would Really like built self contained into the vac, a telescoping wand that can be retracted to reach high spots, and then retracted back into the compact device.

I ordered that listing. Got delayed, delayed, delayed, and eventually refunded.

I wish they upgraded the small cordless canister vac DCV580/581 with better suction power, as a 3rd-party bag adapter and bags are available.
