The gummies give 1800 mg of beet extract, but it's a 20:1 extract with no nitrate standardization, so you don't actually know how much nitric‑oxide‑producing nitrate you're getting. Most cheap beet extracts test very low in nitrates.
Most powders are 5,000 mg (5g) of straight beet root per scoop. Whole beet powder naturally contains the nitrates and betalains people actually want for blood flow, and health benefits. No fillers, no dilution, no guessing.
