After some searching, it looks like an older version used a proprietary charger, but the new models use USBC.
Community Reviews
This rechargeable wet and dry body trimmer is best at comfortable body grooming, with reports of close trimming, no snags, and a gentler feel on sensitive areas. Battery life is a standout, and the current promo code can bring the price down further if the Amazon coupon is removed first. The main cautions are the guard, which can fall off or make the difference between a clean trim and cuts, and the charging setup, which appears to vary between USB B, USB C, and a proprietary two pin cable. A solid low cost trimmer if you are careful with the guard and charger details.

This deal was slightly cheaper in August. Those products shipped with the USB-A to proprietary plug. Per the founder of Manscape: The MANSPOT Manscape Trimmer comes with a proprietary charging cable — it's not USB-C or a standard charger. It uses a special 2-prong connector (5V, 1A) designed specifically for this trimmer.
It's USB-A,
If they have 'recently' switched and changed their manufacturing process out of China to USB-C, it is still a proprietary charger. It's one of the drawbacks reviewers have posted about. (Norelco and Braun also use proprietary chargers although theirs plug directly into an outlet. The Manspot needs a usb wall adapter or other usb connection that provides enough juice for charging.)
The founder says to contact the company if the cable has been lost, damaaged, etc.

Edit: here's a review explaining older versions DID have USB-C, but newer versions do NOT: https://www.amazon.com/review/R293Q0ZXWZOVPX
Edit2: on the Amazon page it states there IS old and new packaging, and they are shipped randomly. I know the old packaging is USB-A to 2-prong proprietary. Seems like a mixed bag if one will actually get USB-C, if that's in the "new" packaging.

I'm happy to be proven wrong at this point as there appears to be lot's of confusion.
I have the green model with the USB-A.
If folks jump on this, perhaps they can report back if they got the new packaging and USB-C.
Could someone please confirm if it comes with charger?

I did try to use it on the balls, but that created a traumatic experience, so I never really used it for that.
Then, after about a year, it started sounding weird and cutting less well. I popped the trimmer head off, and the inside was covered in rust, and the motor died. The adage, you get what you pay for, holds true here, unfortunately.
