I agree that its a DIFFERENT flavor -- its a spice that I've tasted many times, but can't quite figure out, bc no other hamburger place either uses it or puts that much of it in it.
But it definitely is different. It may actually be an herb or seed thats been ground up. But I exactly know the flavor you mean, just can't get the name.
