Habit Burger and Grill is a strong value play here, especially for a cheap lunch or dinner when the free Double Charburger is paired with an $8 purchase. The deal can be stretched with a large drink and side, and free jalapeños, sweet potato fries, or tempura green beans add flexibility. Some have also turned the purchase into a full meal or even split the burger for later. Taste and quality are the main caveats, since the burger flavor, bun, and overall consistency vary by location, and a few locations have been described as disappointing.
Common Questions (5)
Quality can vary a lot by location and management. Some locations are described as excellent or even gourmet, while others are reported as much worse, so the specific store matters.
A large drink plus a side can get you just over the $8 threshold. Example sides mentioned include sweet potato fries and tempura green beans, and free jalapeños can be added to the burger.
Yes. The offer may not appear in the app for every account, and some users only see a different promo for a free burger with a drink.
Ordering about $8 worth of beef patties can qualify the cart for the free Double Charburger. One example was four $2 beef patties, which made the Double Char with cheese free.
Getting toppings on the side helps keep the bun from getting soggy, especially if you plan to save part of the burger for later. The Double Char can also be split into two meals.

Always get the toppings on the side so the bun doesn't get soggy

Sure I will be downvoted for sharing my negative experience.... but it is what is. I speak the truth
