Pretty crazy bundle imo. Lowest Marathon has gone is ~$19. I know many hate it but it along with 7 other games for $25 is a great price.

Previous lows for each from what I can tell (no grey store pricing).

Marathon - $19.39
Xenonauts 2 - $19.66
Crysis 3 Remastered - $10.99
Crysis 2 Remastered - $9.84
Crysis Remastered - $4.99
RoboCop: Rogue City - Collection - $3.18
Ghostrunner 2 - Free
Ghostrunner - Free

Yup. It's done poorly overall with overall sales I believe. I may be downvoted for this, but many Destiny players are very vocal about their hate for it since Bungie essentially abandoned their game for it. The game isn't for everyone though.

This bundle stands out for packing several games that have recently sold for much more, with Marathon, Xenonauts 2, the Crysis remasters, RoboCop, and the Ghostrunner games all cited as strong value at $25. Crysis is also praised as a fun series with a good story and a graphics benchmark, and the bundle includes Steam keys for the Ghostrunner titles. The main drawback is Marathon, which is described as an extraction shooter that is divisive, low on players, and not for everyone. Steam Deck and Linux support are also called out as problems for Marathon, so the deal is strongest if the rest of the lineup fits your tastes.

Common Questions (5)

  • Marathon is described as having only a couple thousand players left and a low player count overall. It is still being worked on, with plans to expand toward more PvE next season, but the current population is a concern for buyers who want an active multiplayer scene.

  • Marathon is a live-service extraction shooter rather than a story-driven remake, so it is not aimed at players expecting a traditional campaign. It is described as fun with a group, but extraction points can be camped and the game can feel unforgiving for solo play.

    ChattySnagsItSuienReizosjaxkingpinunreliable

  • Marathon reportedly does not run on Steam Deck because of anti-cheat, and you would need a Windows install on the Deck to play it there. It is also described as not SteamOS compatible, so Deck buyers should not expect native support.

  • The bundle is a strong price if you want several of the included games, since prior lows cited for Marathon, Xenonauts 2, the Crysis remasters, and RoboCop were all below or near the bundle's per-game value. It is especially attractive if you want Marathon, Crysis, or Ghostrunner and would otherwise buy them separately.

    EragornWreckerALeXllars

  • The bundle listing is questioned because the full RoboCop: Rogue City - Collection is shown on Steam at $39.91, while the lowest tracked price for the full collection is cited around $17. The bundle may not match the exact full collection pricing some shoppers expect, so it is worth checking the included edition carefully.

From what I gathered people are advising anyone who gets into the game that known extraction points are just camped at this stage so everyone can and does just plays Assassin for its active camo ability.
I mean, it really is the smart way to go, just let someone else do all the work and then you take their gear in the last minute.

I got excited when I heard marathon was coming out cause I was thinking remake. Dodgy live- service extraction shooter was not on my scorecard for a beloved fps. classic

Marathon is a terrible game to most (me included) and great for a specific few. There's a reason it has such a low player count. I'd recommend saving your money.

Played the server slam and thought the game was okay, but I was not going to pay $40 for an incomplete game.
How about $10? - https://slickdeals.net/f/20206635-marathon-pcdd-steam-10
