So I purchased this chair the last time the deal was posted. I already have a more expensive Serta big and tall chair which is several years old, and I wanted to replace it since the lift gave out. So this chair isn't bad, but I would not have paid much more for it. I'm 6 feet and about 250 pounds with an athletic build. This chair fits like a normal chair, but I would not recommend it for an extremely tall or large individual. It feels cheap, but I have sat in worse chairs. The padding is just enough to be comfortable, but I would not call it plush. It flexes a little, and I would not call this chair solid. The footrest is nice, but it is attached with plastic mounts, and I always have the feeling it will break when using it, but so far it is holding up. I usually have my legs crossed on the rare occasion I extend it, but if I stretch out my legs, the legrest stops at about my calves with my feet and the bottom half of my legs hanging off the edge of the cushion. I like that the armrests are adjustable, but as with the rest of the chair, you can feel a little flex in the metal and plastic when you place a little weight on them. This chair would be perfect for a normal-size or even smaller individual who just wants a roomy chair where they can relax and cross their legs while sitting and doesn't have a lot of money for something more expensive. If you are average size or bigger, this chair will fit, but don't expect any extra room and it doesn't feel solid enough for a 400 pound person. One other complaint, the wheels are kind of small and chaep so it doesn't roll very nice on the carpet in my office. If you don't have carpet or you use a desk mat ,which I should be using, under your chair you will be ok I think. This chair is nice overall, but it feels disposable, like something you may get a year or two out of if you are using it daily for work. I like the back support, as the back can be adjusted to go straight up, and it lays pretty far back. The model I got came with a pillow, I guess for lumbar support, but it is useless, and I don't use it as it always feels uncomfortable no matter where I place it. All in all, I think it is a buy for a cheap $ 100 office chair, but for $ 300 I think you will have better options, and I would not recommend it.

PU Leather stinks. It will peel in a couple of years unfortunately...I had one similar. Chair held up, but the PU leather did not.

This big and tall gaming chair aims for a roomy, reclined setup with a footrest and adjustable back support, and the seat foam comes across as comfortable enough for daily use. The chair can feel cozy and works for average or smaller builds, with the back reclining far and the armrests adjusting to suit different positions. The main concerns are durability and finish, since the PU leather is expected to crack or peel, the footrest uses plastic mounts, the wheels roll poorly on carpet, and the lumbar pillow is often described as uncomfortable or gimmicky. A decent budget chair if you are not expecting premium materials or heavy duty construction.

Common Questions (5)

  • It can last over two years for some users, but other reports describe it as feeling cheap or disposable with noisy or defective tilt/shock parts. The frame may hold up, yet the upholstery, plastic mounts, and adjustment mechanism are the main durability concerns.

    dam262aGeorge_Kharayahya777SplendidRiver2037

  • The seat foam is described as comfortable enough for daily use, and the chair can feel cozy with decent back support and a recline that goes fairly far back. The included lumbar pillow is often uncomfortable or useless, so comfort depends more on the seat and backrest than the pillows.

    George_Kharayahya777SplendidRiver2037

  • It fits average-size users well, but it does not add much extra room for very tall or very large people. A 6'4", 210 lb user reported no issues, while another 6'0", 250 lb user said it felt more like a normal chair and would not suit someone extremely tall or near the upper weight range.

    Jstruthyahya777DelightfulSoda573

  • The PU leather can crack and peel after a couple of years, even if the frame still holds up. It is a lower-tier upholstery material, so it is less durable than higher-end leather or fabric options.

  • The listed code may be expired on the main listing, but it can still work if you switch to the Verona Sky seller through "Other sellers on Amazon." That alternate seller listing is the workaround mentioned for getting the discount to apply.

This deserves more likes, as it's one of the most thorough and helpful comments I have ever seen on slick deals.

As others have said, it looks big fancy and comfy, but PU leather is bottom tier. It will crack and peel quicker than anything else.
