I've had this now for ~2.5 years.
73% brightness.
Static windows taskbar.
~12 hours use per day.
no burn in I can tell. it's my main work/gaming monitor. I personally love it and find the very mild curve helpful and no issue.

I think the Samsung G80SH for $599 spoiled me.

The AW3225QF stands out as a 32 inch 4K 240 hertz QD OLED gaming monitor with excellent image quality, strong HDR, and a mild curve that helps with glare and feels natural for long sessions. The eARC port is a real bonus for routing audio, and the panel has held up well in long term use with no visible burn in in several heavy use reports. The main cautions are OLED care and platform quirks, since the screen can pick up micro scratches, DSC cannot be disabled, and Mac use needs manual HDR toggling. It is a polished high end display, especially if you want OLED contrast and can drive it with a strong GPU.

  • The monitor can avoid visible burn-in even with long daily use and static taskbar content.

  • The slight curve can help reduce glare while keeping the display comfortable for extended sessions.

    MistR_StevOFaithfulMallard1523

  • The eARC support lets audio play through an audio system without extra workarounds.

    BillyCaves

  • The HDR1000 mode can make the image pop without needing Dolby Vision mode.

    rjsmith2007

  • The monitor's VRR implementation is G-Sync Compatible rather than FreeSync Premium branded, which may require checking AMD feature support.

    bigtom77Eragorn

  • The deal price may be less compelling if newer 4th-gen 32-inch QD-OLED panels are available near similar $740-$800 pricing.

    GreyPicture4748GreyPicture4748

  • The screen can develop micro-scratches even with careful cleaning, which adds a durability risk.

    CrimsonIdea4025

  • The monitor cannot disable DSC, which can limit compatibility for setups that require DSC control.

If anyone is on the fence on this, the screen is really fragile and doesn't matter how careful you are cleaning it... it will get micro scratches. I own this monitor and I love it but that's the only issue I have, you could google/reddit it there's tons of complaints about it.

Cannot disable DSC on these. Just a heads up if that is a need. MSI might be a better option if that's needed.
Legacy Mode (Console Mode): You can partially bypass DSR/custom-resolution restrictions by going to the monitor's OSD menu, selecting Game -> Console Mode, and enabling Legacy Mode (though this caps your refresh rate at 120Hz)

It's good but annoying on Mac, which makes you manually toggle HDR on/off.
Windows does a better job. Firmware updates require Windows.

If you're Mac-only, would go mini-LED for now until Apple fixes HDR support. There are various mitigations such as keyboard shortcuts on 3rd party apps but not the same as native support.

Also requires tweaking; it might turn on the mood lighting at night to do some maintenance on the pixels or something; bad for the bedroom out of the box.

I want this in a 43" or bigger. I have a 32" 4K I use for work and it is a little too small compare to my 43" 4K on my main pc. Granted that is a Samsung and was $300, but it's not as spicy as this one
