So, I'd upgrade if you regularly run or train and want the new performance tools, or if the flashlight and added wellness features appeal to you.
I have the Venu 3 and was considering upgrading to the Venu 4. After looking into the details, though, I think I'll stick with the Venu 3 for now.
Buydig has refurbs if anyone is interested.
Other than that, it's been great. I mostly got it because I wanted an Apple Watch-like screen with much better battery life. The Ultra is nice, but still shorter battery life, it's too big for my wrist, and I really don't care about having all my apps on my wrist. I just want texts and calls with running, cycling, strength tracking, and basic health metrics. There's a ton of features that look cool, but I basically never use.
The Venu 4 is an upgrade in the ways described above, but the Venu 3 is by far a better value at this pricepoint. Might be worth the upgrade if there's a good BF sale.

The vivoactive 6 has a higher resolution screen, smart alarms, and route following.
