Will Amazon make me return it when they feel my license to it has ended?

1984 is my favorite book, and I'm a graphic novel reader, so this is a no-brainer. Hopefully they didn't flip the moral of the story around completely, like some weirdos have decided to do with other classic works. In looking at the reviews I didn't see anything suggesting that they've done that here.

This book made me literally depressed, in the best way possible. Not many books make you physically feel something and sit on your mind for a few days, yet this book does exactly that. I hope they did it justice on this.

Just wanted to mention that one of the Amazon reviewers said that this was just like a comic book and they were returning it. Made me literally laugh out loud. Thought I'd share.

Great price, buying some for gifting and myself.

This book has become another Rorschach test. Americans from party A see it as a story about the terrible things party B wants to do, while Americans from party B see it as a story of the terrible things party A wants to do. Tragically very few people learn anything as a result.

Tragically part A is dining and drinking w party B, in real life, in the Expensive back room at the party Privately. With out the whole rest of the party having a clue. On tv it's theatre. Our 2-party system is a joke and they r in cahoots with each other. Look up the word cahoots. I'll do ya the honor; it's a noun typically used in the phrase cahoots with, meaning to be in a partnership or league w some1, often for a Secretive or Dishonest purpose. Great book but very eerie from the 50's about the 80;s well its here in 2026. And it's been here for a while! Prime has a good doc that came out 2025 about the book. I'll update when I get the name. Totally should watch After reading this book or b4.
