My 4 door Samsung Flex counter depth 23 ft model is now 8 years old with zero problems. I notice this does not appear to have water through the door. That seems to be a disappearing feature.

We use the flex door mostly for perishables like rasberries and other things with a short shelf life. We set it at 30 degrees and it adds 3 to 5 days of additional life. When there was sale on frozen goods we wanted, we changed the setting to zero, Really a great feature,
