What are the details here? You just go to the Costco site on 10/30 and it will be on sale for $250?

pretty much, TBD part is if it will be available for pick up or purchase at the local B&M costco or shipping only.

Does this really require a completely dedicated circuit? I have a GFI that's on a 20a circuit, but the rest of the bedroom is also on the circuit (LED lighting, TV, phone charges, etc). Would that still be ok?

No, you want it on a GFCI whether its own or branch is fine. 20amp circuit is great, won't see much drag, Waterheater in this pulls the most wattage, you have plenty of overhead, don't overthink it.
