This type of oil works great in machines, or in stovetop pans.

If you make tons of popcorn and can eventually use a whole gallon, (I pop at least half a cup of raw kernels per day) this is a good/best deal.
I bought Great Northern brand this time, because it's currently the best price on Amazon for this type (refined coconut oil for popcorn) and at (very near) 1 gallon size. The added bonus is, "Great Northern" is a very popular brand for popcorn supplies and popcorn machines. It's the same brand that made the machine I bought from someone's slickdeals post (Amazon lightning or flash deal) around October 2025. (can't find that slickdeal page now)
