Amazon Throwing Tariffs at Customers???

Hey,
Hopefully right place to post - "consumer awareness".
I got a message from fedex (which seemed legit) asking me to pay $20.7 in tariff fees oO? When I tracked the tracking number the site did confirm payment is due. In the past 2 months I have ONLY purchased from Bath and Body Works and AMAZON during prime day - and only items listed on THIS website on front page. The delivery image from fedex 2 weeks ago looks like an amazon blue envelope.
What is going on? Anyone else had this happen to them? If so - what did you do? Naturally I disputed charges with fedex through e-mail. They likely will not take my side and calling them = XXXXX minutes + usually no resolution.

I've been ordering from Amazon (Prime only) and I haven't gotten hit by any tarrifcs
