Ruffles Original chips in 1 ounce bags are landing at a very low per bag price, and the small packs make them handy for work or quick snacking. The deal math brings the order to $9.58 with the clipped coupon and Subscribe and Save discount, and the bags are labeled as one serving each. Freshness is the main concern, with multiple orders showing best by dates around early October 2026 or less than two months out, and the chips can arrive as crumbs. The strong price makes sense if they will be eaten or handed out soon.
Common Questions (4)
The listed best-by date is Nov 2026, but some orders arrived with bags already showing a 6 Oct 2026 best-if-used-by date or even past that date. If you buy them, check the date on arrival and plan to use or give them away quickly if needed.
The deal price comes to $9.58 after clipping the 10% coupon and using Subscribe & Save on the $11.27 listing. That works out to about 23.9ยข per 1-oz bag, with free shipping on Prime or $35+ orders.
They can arrive mostly as crumbs, so the packaging may not protect the chips well in transit. If you need whole bags for serving or resale, that shipping risk matters.
Each little 1-oz bag is treated as one serving. That makes the 40-count box a portion-controlled snack pack rather than a large family-size bag.

Great deal but be aware, at least with our purchase, the best buy date was less than 2 months from receiving it. We're used to dates being further out for bulk items and figured that's why such a great deal.
There is only 2 of us and we don't eat chips regularly, so we started giving out bags before the date.
Hopefully your luck on dates will be better!
So as long as you give them out/eat quickly should not be an issue.
I ordered my on Oct 5 2026, received a few days later. I didn't pay attend until you guys mentioned the date. Now I looked, all have passed the best if used by date: 6 Oct 2026. WTH!
Do people think chips disintegrate in the bag after the "best by" date? ๐๐๐ Stop it.
Great deal..."Staff". Ty.
