Pizza Hut is offering a large three topping pizza deal that can unlock a follow up medium pizza BOGO next week, with the strongest draw being the extra Hut Rewards perk and occasional bonus points for scheduled orders. The fine print is messy, but the BOGO appears tied to a qualifying online purchase and Hut Rewards enrollment, and the reward coupon may take 24 to 48 hours to arrive. The medium BOGO is widely seen as weaker than it sounds because it still requires paying for a medium to get another free. Local pricing and availability also vary by ZIP, with California showing higher prices.

Common Questions (5)

  • Yes. The large 3-topping price has been seen at $10.99, $11.99, $13.99, and $14 depending on ZIP or state, and one version also mentioned a 500-point bonus for scheduling an order on 10/31. Availability, pricing, and participation can vary by location.

  • The offer can appear in the Pizza Hut app under Profile > Exclusives after signing in, and the coupon may also arrive by email within 24-48 hours. Some orders triggered it only after the app was updated and the user was logged into Hut Rewards.

  • The fine print says a qualifying online order is required, but the exact qualifying item is unclear in some versions of the offer. Some comments indicate any purchase can trigger the reward, while others only saw the BOGO tied to the $10.99 large pizza promotion.

  • The purchase unlocks a BOGO medium pizza coupon for next week, not a true free pizza. The coupon requires buying a medium pizza of equal or greater value, so the "free pizza next week" framing is misleading.

  • Yes. The BOGO coupon is for Hut Rewards members, including new members who enroll within 48 hours of a qualifying online purchase using the same email address. The $10.99 large 3-topping deal itself is open to everyone.

I used my T Mobile offer yesterday on the Personal Pan Pizza with purchase of a drink and I was able to unlock the BOGO medium pizza for next week. Lol! I totally forgot that any purchase triggers that. I already received a fully loaded meat pizza and 20 oz drink for the price of a 20 oz drink and now I get a BOGO? Just makes the deal sweeter!
I knew it. I bet any $1+ purchase is a "qualifying order".
.
Does the BOGO have a delivery requirement?

Plenty of PH graphics and posts from non-PH sites... but I've seen NOTHING from PH themselves about the $10.99. Not on website, not on app, not in the near-daily emails from them, not in the near-daily push alerts. I'd say somebody made it up and everybody copied it, but the B2G1 part is real, and it's so poorly and incompletely explained... Maybe they yanked the $10.99 part from the deal, which is why it reads so poorly and won't say what the requirement is.
The $10.99 for a large 3-topping shows up right on the main Pizza Hut deals page for me. But those deals can vary by region and sometimes even by individual store, so it might not be at all locations.

I didn't see the promotion message in my Pizza Hut account.
Yeah, I looked in both the app and website online rewards screen and I don't see anything about a BOGO medium deal either and I even ordered one of their personal pan pizzas from the T-Mobile deal yesterday as well. My Exclusives tab is just blank. Some of these deals are getting so vague and random lately.

Hopefully they quit the ridiculous extra charge for the pan crust, the thing that they were literally built on!

BOGO Medium Pizza Offer: Coupon valid 11/1/26-11/8/26 and may not be redeemed on items from the Deals page, the $7 Deal Lover's Menu, or the Triple Treat Box. Limit one coupon per member. Separate coupon terms apply. Delivery minimums and exclusions apply. Product availability, pricing, participation, and offer combinability may vary. Tax, tip, and fees extra.

Honestly, its so poorly worded, I wanted to throw $1 at it and see if that triggered the coupon, but I don't want to waste gas picking up my pointless order, and the BOGO coupon is worthless in my opinion.
OK, you lost me … I agree that the BOGO coupon is worthless, but I thought that's the offer you were trying to unlock. There isn't any "free pizza with purchase" offer, so buying something for a couple of dollars isn't going to trigger a free pizza. If you get the BOGO offer, that's just going to let you buy two medium pizzas for the price of one at regular menu price. There was originally some speculation that buying a $10.99 large this week might get you a medium pizza for free next week (because that would seem like an actual deal). But that appears to have been incorrect. So regardless of what purchase is required this week, the best you'll get out of the deal is the privilege of being able to use a BOGO coupon next week. Is that the deal you're hoping to get?

They are being so weird.
.
If you check PH web, no login, no zip, Deals menu, that coupon (text/image) does not exist at ANY price.
.
If I add my California zip, no login, Deals menu, that coupon appears, but as $13.99. (Typical CA markup for PH prices is $1).
.
I'd ask you if the bogo OFFER (not bogo REWARD coupon) under "Exclusives", or in email, specifies the "$10.99" purchase, but your other post says you don't have it. I already posted the fine print of mine earlier where neither has ANY mention of the "$10.99" or ANY specific required item/price, other than saying "qualifying purchase".
.
You have up to 48 hours for the REWARD bogo coupon to appear after purchase, but you likely have better deals already under DEALS menu since the reward coupon requires a full price "buy one".
.
Sounds like we have at LEAST two different regions/scenarios making this confusing.

Thanks, I won't ask you to play with it. On multiple occasions PH has made reward coupons "delivery only". Typically, you find out when you try to use it. The extra charges ruin the value if you don't need delivery.

Yeah, there's no sign of the offer on my rewards section for more clarification, but I'm still not following exactly what deal you're hoping to unlock. It sounds like the $10.99 large deal isn't an option for you, but that would be kind of irrelevant for the BOGO offer anyway, since that offer is supposedly for medium pizzas and would be different from the $10.99 price. So let's say that buying a $1 item would trigger the BOGO medium pizza offer … is that what you'd be looking to do? I'm not sure why you'd make a minimal $1 purchase otherwise. Because that wouldn't trigger a $10.99 deal.

It's such a mess. First I was hoping it was the usual "Spend $1+, Get a Free Pizza", possibly with the 500 point bonus. Then just trying to be a good slickdealer by sharing when I got the email with actual fine print. I've pulled my hair out over many a deal in the past that wasn't clear. A couple were PH. Now just kind of miffed it's such a bad deal, but riding it out a bit. We also have 6 TMO people in the house with both TMO deals, so the BOGO reward is going to get triggered at least 6-12 times. Still remains to be seen if the 500 points show up anywhere, but unlikely.

Update app, make sure signed in, should be red dot on profile tiny person the first time, tap, then tap "exclusives" (maybe also red dot first time). BOGO deal should be there but lacking full info. Six roommates here. We all got email, we all got the same exclusive BOGO.

Yeah, now it's looking like different areas get different things. You probably have the $10.99 3-Top Large in DEALS menu since you don't have anything in exclusives.

Hate to do this but... this deal popped up on my PH app main screen. Not sure exactly when it arrived since I don't generally doomscroll the PH app.

PRE ORDER YOUR HALLOWEEN FEAST FOR 500 BONUS POINTS
Plan ahead and earn extra. Pre-order $35+ for Halloween (10/31) on the Pizza Hut app and get 500 bonus points 72 hours after feasting!
.
-I am in California
-I was logged into the app as a PH rewards member with local store preselected for me
-There was NO corresponding push alert, text message, or email.
-It does NOT show up under profile>exclusives in-app. I haven't seen it elsewhere in-app either. Just main screen, scroll down.
-Clicking it does NOT give any info.
-Pre-order needs to be from PH App
-Quote text is from screenshot image. Image at bottom is everything I know.
.
Advice:
-500 points is probably about $5 value
-If you're already planning a 10/31 order near the qualifying price of $35, sure, go for it
-assume the $35 requirement is WITHOUT taxes/fees/etc..
-paranoia assumption, any pre-ordered items that are already discounted may not count toward the $35
-assume you need the offer in your app to get the points
-assume you need to click the offer to make your pre-order count
-assume pre-order must be made by end of 10/30
-assume there is no points confirmation at qualifying order checkout.

Ugh, more garbage PH offers. 500 points on a $35 order? Yep … not worth messing with unless you're already planning an order anyway. The TMo deal is pretty decent so I'll grab a few of those, but not about to go chasing their sucker deals.
