Just be careful with their digital gift card. If your order costs more than the available balance of the gift card, you can not use the gift card. So if your order is $11 and you only have $9 left on the gift card, you can not use the gift card. Instead, you will have to use cash or credit card for the entire $11.

It's worded weirdly. My initial impression was that you buy one at $10.99 and then get a free medium one next week … but it could just be that it allows you to do a BOGO next week, requiring another purchase. Requiring an initial purchase to then unlock a BOGO which requires yet another purchase would be a pretty unusual way to do it, but we'll probably need to see when the fine print comes out, which should be on their website 10/26.

It looks like you just have to be a member of the Hut rewards program to be eligible for the BOGO offer. There's no mention that it's only for "new" members. The $10.99 large deal is open to everyone, even non-members … but that by itself is a pretty standard deal, so the rewards member bonus is the interesting part.
