Can't say about returns but I recently received a refund for a 3-pack of pants (90 day warranty) I bought that aren't holding up.
I just emailed through their website and notified them the seams were ripping and said I had photos if they needed them. Customer support asked if I wanted a refund or for them to reach out to vendor to request a replacement. I opted for refund and received it within a day or two. Didn't need to send items back as Woot! just said toss them or donate them.
