I bought this watch for $9 in 2013 and wore it for 40 days straight while backpacking Europe. Didnt take it off once (even showering etc). The only time I took it off was at a Turkish bathhouse.

Anyway, great watch. My strap eventually broke when I tried it on last year. I'm wearing a metal
Gshock now. Not gonna buy it again but just sharing my experience.

I wore one of these daily for yeeears in elementary and middle score. I tossed it a decade or two later because the band eventually broke, the battery died and replacing them was more time and effort than the watch was worth. I ended up buying a new one just a couple weeks ago for nostalgia (missed the 35¢ coupon.) Such a classic watch in a few ways.
