One of my least if not worse flavors of Chunky. It manages to be very bland/flavorless yet somehow spicy. It's a shame as the soup looks quite handsome; it's the banal bimbo of Chunky soups laugh out loud

Which flavors do you think are the best?

Funny, it's actually one of my go to Chunky soups, like the mixture of veggies, rice, Sausage and Chicken. Everyone's tastes are different I suppose.

Verily, flavor is in the taste buds of the beholder. In my defense though, the soup has the "Healthy Request" moniker. In my experience this means very bland soup since it has a reduced salt content. Still curious how it can be bland yet spicy though; it's a marvel of crappy soup technology laugh out loud

I guess I should restate that I don't get the healthy request version of this, so you may be correct in your review.

As for spicy, spicy doesn't necessarily = Sodium. there are heat filled ingredients that have no real sodium content. think of Jalapeno peppers for instance.

Off the top of my head, basic Chicken Noodle is always good. I recall really loving Chili Mac as well.

Overall, all Chunky soups are decent IMO and worth a try to see what you like. Just don't get the "Healthy Request" versions if you are trying discover your fav. The flavor/tastiness really takes a hit with the "Healthy" varieties in my experience.

Have no more than one can a day as well is my advice due to the extreme salt content Chunky soups have. Having a banana or taking a potassium supplement should help counteract this though and not make your blood pressure go through the roof. (Having consistent HBP is the silent killer of many)

I laugh when I hear people say she smells like hotdog water. You know If you grew up before microwaves and hotdogs were boiled in water and the runoff had a bad odor. When I cook sausage it's not much better so I cook them then add them to foods like mac n cheese etc. I don't like gumbo with the sausage boiled inside at all. I like the Campbells stew versions best, and as said not a healthy branded. The chicken ones are ok. My favorite is the sirloin burger, like stew. The many other beef labeled ones are ok and taste all the same to me but they just didn't hit the same as the burger.
