This Ryobi USB screwdriver kit stands out mainly for the batteries, with the two 3Ah packs carrying most of the value and the tool itself adding a compact, rotating body, onboard bit storage, and about 50 in-lb of torque. The square shape is easy to hold and turn, and the driver has held up well over years of use for some. The main knocks are that it is chunky for tight access, has only on and off control with no variable speed, and the USB batteries are pricey and may not be needed if you already have another system. Battery life and long term durability can also be a concern.
Ryobi USB tool owners who want spare 3Ah batteries, because the batteries alone are worth more than the case and accessories.
DIYers who need a compact screwdriver for general fastening, because the square body is easy to hold and the tool has enough torque for everyday jobs.
People already in the USB battery ecosystem, because the included 3Ah batteries are hard to find at decent prices.
Users who like a rotating-body screwdriver, because the pivoting design and onboard bit storage make it convenient to use.
People trying to reach awkward fasteners in tight spaces, because the tool is chunky and less suited to access work.
Buyers who want variable speed control, because this screwdriver is on/off only.
People expecting long battery life from a small cordless screwdriver, because the battery can degrade within 2-3 years and leave the kit unusable.
Shoppers who want a battery that lasts like a built-in pack, because swappable USB batteries add cost without being necessary for short tasks.

this whole usb-lithium line seems not-so-useful. i'd rather invest in skil 12v system that also has usb-recharge batteries.
This deal is still supreme so i am looking to see if there are any other useful usb-lithium tools that i can use the extra batteries with... just so i can get in on this SD
