This is funny, the restriction on the 5gbps advertised speed here is actually the USB 3.0 adapter.
They should have just manufactured this as WiFi 6, which already reaches 9.6 gbps (2x faster than USB 3.0 speed). WiFi 7 is like 40gbps, which would never be achieved.

5 Gbps USB3 is plenty fast enough, as this cannot do simultaneous multiband communication. The peak bandwidth on this adapter's radio is 5 Gbps, and that's already not gonna happen in the real world.
The peak 6 GHz bandwidth is 2882, and 5 GHz is 1441. The product description on the website explains that it "The A8500 selects the best band (2.4GHz, 5GHz, or 6GHz) for your PC". Note the OR, meaning one at a time. There aren't any non-proprietary consumer clients that can do simultaneous multiband out right now. Please let me know if you do find one that has some kind of proof it actually works.
Most clients and routers are not built to the maximum speed of the specification. You need to read the details.
