Note that YMMV. Unlike the OP, I had tax (and a small local food and beverage tax). I have always shopped for soda based on all pre-tax costs.
So, I got 6x 12 packs (3 Pepsi and 3 Mountain Dew) for $22.99 (or $11.495 for 3x pre-tax)
