This Amazon soda bundle is mainly a way to stack 40 percent off on mixed 12 packs, with Coke, Diet Dr Pepper, Pepsi, Mountain Dew, and other flavors in the mix. The pricing can be strong, especially on Coke and Diet Dr Pepper, and the zero sugar options like Diet Dr Pepper Strawberries and Cream and A and W Root Beer Zero Sugar get favorable flavor notes. The main catch is that the discount appears to require three separate eligible packs, and the selection is limited, with regular Dr Pepper and some flavors like Cherry Coke reportedly missing. Shipping damage also comes up, so the deal works best if the savings outweigh the risk of rough delivery.

  • The deal can work well for Diet Dr Pepper shoppers since Diet Dr Pepper flavors are described as more tolerable among zero-sugar options.

  • Some purchases arrive in good condition with no leaking or broken cans, and the sodas are reported to taste delicious.

  • The discount can be flexible for cart building because the discount is described as triggering when adding any three eligible soda packs at the link in the cart.

  • The selection includes Diet Dr Pepper options, and one purchase notes getting Diet Dr Pepper for $12.10 with tax and discounts.

  • Amazon soda deliveries can arrive damaged, including leaking cans, dented cans, bulging bottoms, torn cartons, and scattered cans.

  • The deal may require three different flavors or three separate items, which can limit buying multiple identical 12-packs.

  • Refunds for damaged soda can be difficult to obtain, even when cans arrive very damaged.

  • The deal may not include regular Dr Pepper, since only Diet Dr Pepper is mentioned as available.

Only time I bought soda off Amazon was last November. One arrived damaged. It was only 1 can leaking but they refunded 1 of the 12 packs. After contacting Amazon Support. It was delivered through USPS Parcel Select.

Note: used A.I. to only remove the shipping labels off the package in the pictures.
I'm jealous you're even getting them. I have ordered soda from Amazon five times now. Four eventually got canceled after days or weeks of shifting expected dates. The fifth I ordered today and based on their track record there's a near 0% chance it ever actually ships, but I rolled the damn dice again. They lost my Chex Mix, too. They haven't said it's canceled yet, but it's in that "we'll let you know" state that always precedes cancellation.

I have purchased 12-packs of soda from Amazon a few times and they arrive in absolute shambles, cans dented or bottoms bulging, cartons torn and cans scattered about. Amazon did refund me for the last disastrous delivery, but I no longer will order soda from Amazon for this reason, even when it is a really good deal.

I didn't want to wait. Target has 40% off when you buy 3 12-packs. So I ended up doing that. Plus I was able to get both Coke and Cherry Coke. Don't think Amazon has Cherry Coke as an option with these sales. With Target's offer it comes out to 3 for $16. So $1 more. But that's also before the 5% Redcard discount. Also I had a $15 Target Credit from a previous Target Circle Offer. Ended up coming out to $17.48 for 6 12-packs for me.

Yup, same here - have a soda order that I placed almost a month ago now? And it keeps getting delayed. I'm just hunting for cheap soda on ebay for now, lol

Yeah, this Amazon order shows it should be delivered tomorrow or Friday. It won't. I already know it won't. But I will wait and see. If (when) it fails to arrive, I have a reminder set for Saturday to hit either Target or Walgreens that both have sales for similar prices.

When taking advantage of multiple pack discounts on soda for regular home use, I prefer to go with 12-packs...less chance of any of the product sitting on the shelf past its use by date. Smart & Final's weekly ad (valid 10/28-11/3)) lists a digital coupon for Pepsi product 12-packs for $4.49 per pack when you buy 3...which translates to $8.98 per 24 count. And you can purchase up to six 12-packs...72 cans.

BTW: I show only 3 choices on this deal: Coke 36pk (must buy 3), Dew, and Strawberry zero. However, switching to Coke 12pk showed a $ discount of $7.98 off 3. So I started checking and found lots with discounts, all different $, from $2.77-$9.72 off 3 x 12pk

Coke, Dr Pepper, Fanta, including the flavored versions and even holiday versions. So it might be worth looking around.
Here's one: On the holiday cans version

Fanta Orange Soda, 12 fl oz, 12 Pack

8.57
$0.06 per fl oz
($0.06 / fl oz)
Save $9.72 on 3 select item(s)
