Unless you're suggesting ACEMAGIC has the means to manufacture their own fake Ryzen chips or to compromise real ones from AMD, and do it on a scale that they can afford to target random consumers, then this is pure fantasy.
Historically, the malware infesting the Windows installs they shipped in the past was also a type already well known to researchers, so that points to it being much more likely that their supply chain was compromised than that they wrote and planted it themselves. That is the level of sophistication we're talking about.
You might have had an argument if you'd chosen to talk about compromised BIOSes, but getting caught redhanded there would make it painfully obvious that they were complicit and there simply is more to lose than to gain if they're discovered, so it makes no sense for them to go through all that to...what? Steal a few people's social media logins? Record a few people cussing during Call of Duty?
Anyone who's invested in compromising anything that deeply with that level of sophistication is targeting specific people, things, and organizations, not just throwing it at anyone and everyone who happens to buy one off Amazon or Newegg or whatever.

Objectively untrue. It's a single core and it's on-die on the Ryzen chip.
