Unfortunately that's $20 than their last sale, but also no longer including the shield. So, paying more and getting less. Meanwhile, Sam's Club will have the 7-qt for $330, $20 cheaper than their last sale.

I was really close to pulling the trigger recently. But tbh, for this price, I would get a Zacme. It's moreso the KitchenAid of the past. Metal gears, a DC motor and stainless hook and beater, along with a 2-year warranty. Also bigger bowls and more powerful motors. 8.4-qt is $385 and 7-qt is $340 like every other week on Amazon. Also uses any KA accessories like the pasta maker.

If you do however want something much smaller, a Kraftsman 5.3-qt can be had for under $250 on sale. Same kind of stuff as the KitchenAid of old.
