Is it street legal? I guess not since it would have a >750w motor to obtain 2kw peak??? Anyone with more knowledge about ebike can you share your oppinion on this deal? I am looking for an ebike that still score a decent deal and still street legal since I will be riding my kids on it.

I'm by no means an expert on the subject. I do have a few ebikes. I would probably avoid this one in your situation. It's a big dual motor one that will not be legal in many areas. You could just ignore the law like many do, and just ride in a civil fashion and hopefully they will leave you alone . But that is entirely up to you. This particular bike also has a very small battery for the amount of power it would consume. No back seat but you could add a back pad to that rack.

I like riding with my kids as well. I bought a cybervello ek12. Has a back seat and reasonable legal power at 750 running watts. So far that bike has been amazing for the several months I have had it. It has a real backseat and I added cheap little folding foot pegs. I paid right at the $500 mark on a sale at AliExpress. Not saying if that bike is right for you or not but it's something to consider..
