Solid deal but this does come with its own unique charger instead of being USB-C. I don't need yet another cable to keep track of. Hoping for a redesign at some point.

I got the regular blast for $25 from some deal website. Unless you need to specifically crush ice I can't see why I'd want to pay more than twice the price especially given portable blender is likely to not have a super long lifespan, be abused in your car and so on. Also has usb-c charging instead of proprietary like this one

I bought FOUR of the regular Ninja Blasts that included a total of 6 cups (thanks Costco), and I'd never buy another Ninja product like this. First, the spring-loaded latches on all of the lids have now completely disassembled themselves, so I have to hold the lid down to avoid spilling the contents everywhere while blending. Second, they don't sell replacement cups or lids at any price I'd consider reasonable. We're talking as much as the entire original product prices. Third, one of the four died with a red ring of death. Maybe it got some moisture in it, idk, but I haven't had the problem with the other three. Finally, woof, after 2 years with these, the plastic-on-plastic screwing of the lid onto the cup has deformed the threads. The lids get REALLY stuck on there now. Think pickle-jar-from-hell levels of torque to remove them if you accidentally overtighten it and leave it for an hour or two.

Overall, I think the concept is solid. I drink two protein shakes a day with this type of blender. I just think they're raking people over the coals on cups that break, and since I want to be able to have multiple cups, the Ninja ones just aren't worth it.
