The price is good, but if your recipes include searing or evaporation for thickening, hold out for the 7.25 qt model. From my eyeballing of both (which I have), I'd say the 7.25 qt is around an inch shorter and an inch wider. Also, the 7.25 qt maybe runs $250 on sale vs. $220 for this, so about $0.60/qt difference.
