Lowe's is probably kicking themselves for not having a competing bucket with their logo available for $0.87.

This 2 gallon orange bucket is being used as a handy small utility pail, especially when a 5 gallon bucket is too much. It fits car washing, mixing small batches of thinset, under sink plumbing work, aquarium water changes, bird food, and even garage trash or dog waste pickup with a liner. The logo is only on one side and can be covered easily. The main caution is that it is not food safe, and the deal price was already gone for some shoppers.

  • The 2-gallon size works well for smaller tasks without needing a 5-gallon bucket.

    techhi2000Coconutz0311kea2525

  • The bucket can be repurposed for practical jobs like car washing, mixing thinset, and plumbing catch work.

    Marlin1975kdiggz

  • The bucket's logo is only on one side and can be covered with tape or a decorative cling.

    exomni

  • The bucket can serve as a small aquarium water-change container for smaller tanks.

    mach6

  • The bucket is not food-safe grade, so it should not be used for food intended to be ingested.

    namo3

  • The bucket may not drill well when repurposed as a plant pot with drainage holes.

    g10ny

  • The deal value is disputed because the bucket is described as small and only worth about $0.90.

    radars

  • The 88-cent price is reported as no longer available after the initial deal.

I was going to say too bad it doesn't drill well for use as plant pot with drainage, but the 88 cent price is gone anyway.

The logo is on one side only and is easily covered up. Black gaffers tape works well; I have a little pumpkin cling my son decorated at school that I'll paste over the logo.

This is good just for a general use bucket. Sometimes you don't always need a 5 gallon bucket and this should do well I'm going to pick me up a couple
i take it that it's not food grade safe?

My Home Depot tore all their Halloween down a week ago. All those 10ft animated decorations gone. Like 10 days before Halloween. Weird.

This plus a couple of plastic grocery bags equals a 2 gal trash can for my garage and for picking up dog poop.

In for a few. 👍

They are not food safe grade! Don't use them for the food that will go in your system.
