Is this the best deal for cleaning oil splatter on and around my stove and tile floor, or is there a better cleaner/degreaser? I'm fine paying more if there is something else that works noticeably better than this would. I currently use 409 which works fine but I'm always open to trying different products to find one that works better.

4 gallons is a lot of degreaser. Unless you have an industrial kitchen I don't know how you would use it all before it degrades. Most cleaning chemicals degrade over time making them weaker. 6-12 months is about what you can expect if it kept tightly sealed, out of sunlight and high temps, and not mixed with anything. You can always try a pinch of potassium hydroxide to kick a degreaser up a notch, but always, always, always test in an inconspicuous area before use. And in a spray bottle I do mean a pinch. I clean stuff as part of my side hustle, and I normally make or mix my own.

if its concrete, use some type of dry clay first to get it out of the pores of the concrete (some people say kitty litter). Rinse that off. Then try. When people have problem spots on their driveway I normally tell them I can lessen it's appearance, not remove it. Sometimes it comes out, not often, usually some shadowing. The technical term for doing this is called poulticing or poultice. Concrete is porous. On asphalt, test it in a corner first, some of the driveway sealers don't play nice with chemicals. I have no idea what you have on there so I would test in an inconspicuous area. If in doubt, call a power/pressure washer in your area, make sure they have insurance and have been in business for awhile.

I agree it's a lot to be used by the average home owner. At the same time, it's a great deal. So if you can share with someone, then probably well worth it.
