Good deal. I have this in my garage.

Worth noting, only get this if you have an insulated garage. I have a two car garage that is well insulated, and 12000 BTU works well, but will have to run it pretty much full blast during really hot or really cold days.

If your garage is not well insulated, then maybe step up to an 18000 BTU or higher.

On the plus side of this:
* Has generous length refrigerant tubes and control wiring. Can go about 16 feet between outdoor and indoor unit. Which is good for a garage, give lots of placement options.
* Size of outdoor unit is very compact.
* Indoor and outdoor units are very quite.

Does this just plug into a regular outlet? Or would you need a dedicated one?
