Not UL or ETL listed. Looking at the box and back of the device in the video, there is not even CE markings or other regulatory markings. For a lower W charger I might not be so concerned, but if you actually use this for what it's intended for, I probably would pass for something a few bucks more and tested/rated.

It previously made FP at the same price, but I didn't see any comments from anyone who purchased it. Maybe someone will chime in

FYI it's 100w TOTAL. 45w + 27w + 18w + 10w

God I really hate how there's no standard in how they advertise/label these things. 100w should be 100w max output, not total of all the ports.
